The Partners for Clean Water is a group of six agencies that work together to keep stormwater clean in the Treasure Valley. Your Partners are:

The Ada County Highway District is the primary owner and operator of storm drainage systems associated with Ada County’s roadways in the permit area. Their permit responsibilities include monitoring and publishing the annual report. Contact: Erica Anderson Maguire

Boise City manages drainage in conveyance systems for 4 gulches as well as the stormwater runoff from commercial sites. The City implements public education and outreach activities on behalf of all copermittees. Contact: Johanna Bell

Boise State University owns and operates their stormwater system on campus and several outfalls. They also handle public education and outreach for the university. Contact: Calvin Gillis

Drainage District #3 owns and maintains a system of drainage facilities which provide conveyance for stormwater and limited agricultural drainage. Portions of the system are connected to the drainage system operated by the Ada County Highway District. Contact: Ryan Armbruster
 
Garden City is an independent jurisdiction in the permit boundary. They permit and manage their own stormwater systems for residential and commercial development and conduct public education activities. Because they are surrounded by Boise City and border the Boise River, they are an integral part of the permit. Contact: Delhie Block

Idaho Transportation Department controls stormwater discharges into ground and surface waters during construction and for the long-term operation and maintenance of its facilities. Contact: Greg Vitley
